Licensed Federal Firearms Dealer
Firearms Garage LLC is a licensed Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) operating in full compliance with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) and the laws of the State of Florida. Our license is available for verification by sellers and shipping FFLs upon request.
Age Requirements
Federal and Florida law establish minimum age requirements for firearm purchases. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase a firearm from a licensed dealer in Florida, with limited exceptions provided by law. Valid government-issued identification is required for all transactions.
Background Checks
All firearm transfers require completion of ATF Form 4473 and a background check through the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE). Florida-mandated waiting periods apply where required. No firearm will be transferred until all legal requirements are satisfied.
